During Teaching as Exploration, one of Carlow University's signature 3-day residential summer workshops, you will explore teaching and education careers through interactive learning experiences with Carlow faculty and local museum educators.

Learn how museums inspire creativity in teaching and learning
Engage in hands-on activities at local museums
Design your own mini-exhibit or lesson plan showcasing your creativity and teaching skills

This three-day, two-night workshop has been generously funded through a grant so all materials, meals, housing accommodations, off-campus transportation, and instruction is available to participants free of charge. Sessions include presentations, immersive workshops, and local Pittsburgh industry visits.
