Teaching as Exploration Summer Workshop

During Teaching as Exploration, one of Carlow University's signature 3-day residential summer workshops, you will explore teaching and education careers through interactive learning experiences with Carlow faculty and local museum educators.

• Learn how museums inspire creativity in teaching and learning
• Engage in hands-on activities at local museums
• Design your own mini-exhibit or lesson plan showcasing your creativity and teaching skills

This three-day, two-night workshop has been generously funded through a grant so all materials, meals, housing accommodations, off-campus transportation, and instruction is available to participants free of charge. Sessions include presentations, immersive workshops, and local Pittsburgh industry visits.
